What do we do?
We manage human resources, finance and facilities, as well as providing administrative assistance to our board and operational support to our primary care practice, the Benfield Valley Hub.
Meet the team
I ensure our office space is well looked after and is a healthy and safe place to work. I play an active part in improving equity and fairness across Here, staying connected with what matters to all of those I work with and encouraging a sense of camaraderie.
I enjoy helping people understand and navigate the world of payroll and pensions. I believe if something’s worth doing, then it’s worth doing properly and to the very best of your ability.
I am passionate about supporting people in their roles and improving processes for the organisation and the people we serve. In my spare time, I am involved locally with an amazing charity and love helping people through my work.
My role is to oversee the company’s finances. I constantly develop myself by embracing new challenges and particularly enjoy interacting with people across our organisation to support them to achieve their goals.
I provide financial and commercial leadership, helping us to use our resources wisely to maximise the impact we have for those we serve today, and looking at new and different ways of having impact in the future.
My role involves translating organisational needs and visions to vital functions within the Fusion team, providing cross-organisational support to colleagues and a fair bit of diary wrangling. I care about helping Here to be an enjoyable, inter-supportive and learning-driven place to work.
My role is to provide human resources support to a lovely and diverse group of people. I’m passionate about the world and how we can work together to make it a better place.
My role is to ensure the smooth-running of our daily finances. I love learning new things and enjoy developing processes for more proficient outcomes.
